Casap was arrested in March for fatally shooting his mother, Tatiana Casap, 35, and stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, in their Waukesha home on February 11, said Federal authorities, adding that their bodies were recovered with gunshot wounds.

As per reports, he murdered his parents on February 11, while their decomposed bodies with gunshot wounds were found during a welfare check on February 28.
Tatiana was discovered buried under blankets near the kitchen, while Mayer was found in a first-floor office with a gunshot wound to the head, according to the New York Post.
The authorities also found a shocking document on Casap’s phone, allegedly calling to spark revolution and chaos in the country by eliminating political leaders.
“By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos,” the document reads.
Who Is Nikita Casap?
Seventeen-year-old Nikita Casap, a high school student, has been charged with nine felony counts in Waukesha County, including two for first-degree intentional homicide, two for concealing a corpse, as well as charges of identity theft and theft exceeding USD 10,000 (around ₹8.6 lakh).
Additionally, he is under federal investigation for allegedly plotting to assassinate the president and attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction.
A federal warrant filed in a Milwaukee court includes excerpts from Nikita Casap’s communications on TikTok and the Telegram messaging app.
Casap allegedly authored a manifesto advocating for the assassination of the President of the United States and discussed his plans with others to overthrow the government, according to the document.
The warrant further states that the murder of his parents appeared to be a calculated move to gain financial resources and independence to execute his plot.
